CASCARA SAGRADA
is the world’s greatest laxative and is completely non habit-forming. It is the bark from a tree and the Indians thought it to be sacred. I agree. It returns the peristalsis to the colon (the movement that causes us to eliminate). Its ultimate aim is to repair the colon to the point where it no longer needs Cascara Sagrada, but will work by its own inertia.
