Product Guarantee 100% Pure Satisfaction

The quality of Common Sense™ Products (CSP) is guaranteed. This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued, or outdated.

If, after purchasing a CSP product the customer determines it to be unsatisfactory, CSP will accept the return of any unused portion of the product within 90 days of the date of purchase for a refund, replacement, or store credit with a receipt, as per Shipping and Returns Policy. Subject to the Shipping and Returns Policy, CSP will calculate the transaction at 100% of the price paid at purchase minus shipping charges and restocking fees. Any Reward Points Earned during the purchase will be subtracted from the customer’s account. Any Reward Points Redeemed during the purchase of the products will be refunded back to the customer’s account.

Product Return Procedures

All returns must be authorized in advance by the Customer Service Department. Please call 800-527-5682 for a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) authorization number. All Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers should be clearly marked on the outside of any package that is returned to CSP. Boxes returned to CSP without a visible RMA number will not qualify for a refund and cannot be returned to the sender.

  • Order numbers are your proof of purchase. Keep all invoices for reference, since the original order numbers and lot numbers are required for all returns.
  • Overstocked or obsolete products cannot be returned for credit. Seasonal, discontinued, or special promotional products are not returnable.
  • If CSP receives a return that has not been authorized, the products will be discarded, and no credit will be given.
  • Authorized returns must be sent to CSP Home Office only.
  • All returned products will be discarded.

Defective Or Damaged Product

If a product is defective or damaged, it may be returned within 14 days of purchase to CSP for store credit or replacement. Store credit will be calculated at 100% of the price paid. Reward Points earned on the purchase will be subtracted and Reward Points redeemed will be refunded back to the Customer’s account. CSP will reimburse for shipping costs incurred for such returned products limited to the amount of ground shipping for orders shipped from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping must be prepaid on all product returns. Returns will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Cash payment will be refunded via store credit. If a product is being returned due to defect or damage in transit or an order error on CSP part, the Customer will be reimbursed for shipping costs as authorized by Customer Service.

NOTE: CSP reserves the right to refuse a refund or return if we suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of any of our Policies and Procedures.

Shipping Methods

Unless otherwise specified, Common Sense™ Products (CSP) uses FedEx shipping for most orders over one pound. Orders under one pound and Post Office Box orders will be shipped USPS (postal). Alaska and Hawaii, Prices may vary. All orders must have a valid phone number and email address

If faster service is required: Next Day Ship, 2nd Day Ship, and 3rd Day Ship, it is available at additional cost. The shipping cost is based on the weight of the order and the distance it travels.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

NOTE: If CSP completes an order on time, but the carrier delays the shipment, CSP cannot refund the original shipping charges to the Customer because the shipping courier offers no refunds to CSP.

CSP ships orders outside the continental U.S. All orders outside the U.S. are shipped using an international shipper.

International Shipping Terms And Conditions

  • Our website, www.commonsenseherbs.com, is headquartered in the United States. Our prices are shown in US currency.
  • The Landing Cost (duties, taxes, and brokerage fees) are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Customs determines the Landing Cost.
  • International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
  • Due to individual country’s restrictions, some products may not be eligible for purchase, and you will not have access to add it to your cart.
  • International Orders require 3-5 business days or more, depending on the location of the delivery.
  • Currently, our International couriers include FedEx and DHL.
  • There will be a pop-up screen welcoming you to our website and informing you about your choice of language and currency conversion.
  • Upon check-out, there will be a display of all duties, taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges plus product amount. You will need to pay for your order to be completed and shipped directly to you with no added fees upon delivery.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once our order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Activation of your tracking number will occur within 24 hours.
  • All orders must have a valid phone number and email address due to the possibility of delivery issues.
  • If you have selected an item that cannot be purchased, you can buy that item on your next visit to the US, and we can ship it to your hotel.
  • Always familiarize yourself with your country’s mail/delivery regulations, restrictions, and hours of operation, etc.

Special Shipping Arrangements

Special shipping arrangements or requests for pickup at CSP Home Office (will-call/local pickup) must be made at the beginning of the phone order. Agreement for picking up orders from CSP Home Office requires at least 24 business hours advance notice. At the time the order is placed, all pickup orders and shipping orders must be paid. Extra charges for special shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the account holder placing the order.

When placing a drop-ship order (i.e., a request to an address other than that which appears on the account), the addressee phone number (with area code) and email address must be included so he/she can be notified when the shipment departs and arrives. Special delivery requests may incur an additional handling fee.

Change Of Address

Customers who move should promptly notify CSP of their address change either by email, phone, in person or by logging into their CSP account.  If a request for address change occurs after the order has been completed and shipped, additional shipping fees may apply. Lost Order

Shipments are not considered lost until the tenth business day after the shipment of the order.

When ten business days have passed, and the order has not been delivered, CSP will track the order. Upon verification that an order has been lost or returned, CSP can reship an order at no additional cost.

In the event of an emergency, CSP can ship and bill a duplicate order before the tracking process. When the original order has returned to CSP Home Office, the credit will be applied.

Neither CSP nor any shipping carrier it uses is responsible for any delays in product shipment caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including interruptions or delays due to war, terrorist attacks, pandemic, weather, natural disasters, or the like.

Other Charges

CSP will assess a reshipping fee PLUS any applied fees by carrier or any other carrier bills for non-deliverable orders that are due to the Customer’s error. When applicable, reshipping fees will be added to the total cost of the invoice. The reshipping fee will be charged in any of the following situations:

  1. The Customer moves without giving CSP prior notification of the new address, and the order is placed for delivery to the old address.
  2. A Customer provides CSP with an incorrect address for a drop shipment.
  3. The Shipping carrier is forced to correct the address.
  4. The Shipping carrier is forced to reroute the order.
  5. The Shipping carrier does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Back Orders

Products unavailable at the time of order will go on back-order status. Products on the backorder are noted by a “B.O.” on the packing slip. When the item becomes available, it is shipped with the next order from that account. If no new order is placed within five days, the back-ordered products will be shipped separately. Back-ordered products are billed and paid for with the original order. Additional shipping fees may apply. Be advised when placing your order, whether it is via telephone, or email, please take the time to make sure that the information listed below is given correctly so your order can be shipped without any delays.

Order Information

  1. Correct address, phone number, email.
  2. Correct credit card information which includes: Correct Name (as printed on credit card), account number, expiration date, billing address plus zip code of credit card, and the three-digit code on the back of credit card or four-digit code in front of American Express card.
  3. Verification of product(s) to be shipped.

Your order will be shipped out within 24 business hours (not including weekends or holidays) of the time you placed it. Your package will be sent via ground delivery and will arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the day the order was shipped (when ordered within the continental United States). If you are interested in expediting your delivery other available shipping options are available. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and for your cooperation.

All delivery orders must be phoned in or placed online by 1 pm (Pacific Standard Time) for same-day shipping. Any order placed after 1 pm will be shipped next business day. Our order department closes at 5:30 pm (PST). You may place your order online 24/7. Most Shipping Carriers Deliver Monday thru Saturday, excluding holidays.

Once your cancellation request has been approved, you will receive a full product refund to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
