1. Vegetables (Preferably Organic)

High fiber-rich foods are gut-friendly and can play a role in lowering stress, anxiety, and depression. Spinach, asparagus, artichokes, avocado, swiss chard, beans, green peas, beets, lots of greens like kale and broccoli are fiber-rich and a great addition to your everyday health

2. Raw Nuts and Seeds

Nuts are full of nutrients, including B vitamins, zinc, and magnesium, along with healthy fatty acids and can help reduce Stress and Anxiety.
