Most people just want relief from pain but, we at CSP Products, want to get to the source of the problem! Common Sense™ “Ultra Relief” works on the cause of the pain and alleviates it. Our belief is that if our product can get rid of the pain, then surely it can prevent it. Prevention is the only “sure cure”. This combination includes the following ingredients:

ALFALFA LEAF
is a plant that sends its roots down twenty to thirty feet into the ground and brings up the minerals that are not available on the surface. For this reason, the Arabic word Alfalfa means "father of plants”. It contains the same kind of minerals found in sea kelp. Since everyone cannot live near the sea, our Creator put those minerals in Alfalfa. Alfalfa feeds the pituitary gland (the master gland of the body), thereby, it begins to heal our endocrine system which is vital to our overall health. Alfalfa is rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that play a vital role in the strength and growth of our bones and in the maintenance of a healthy body. It also contains calcium, potassium, carotene, iron, and zinc. It can be taken in the form of seeds, leaves or tablets. Its specific benefits include helping kidney problems and reducing swelling from fluid retention, healing arthritis, nourishing the skeletal, glandular and urinary system.

BOSWELLIA SERRATA
is a type of herb that has Boswellia acids, which is known to treat various diseases. Boswellic Acid has been shown to exhibit anti-inflammatory activity and has proven very effective in supporting healthy joints. Other benefits of Boswellia Serrata include treating rheumatoid arthritis and the pains associated with it. It is an excellent herb for relieving asthma, ulcerative colitis, back pains, joint inflammation, and osteoarthritis in the knees. Boswellia Serrata protects the liver and is proven to treat chronic inflammatory diseases. Another great benefit is that it provides relief of body pains brought on by muscular-skeletal disorders. Joint mobility is increased by lubricating the joints with Boswellic Acid, thus decreasing morning stiffness. The extract of Boswellia Serrata is proven to protect the cartilage and the connective tissue by preventing it from breakdown which normally occurs during the inflammatory process. At least one study has indicated that it may open up collateral blood circulation to provide adequate blood supply to the joints.

CAYENNE PEPPER (Capsicum)
is thought to be the world’s greatest herb because it is a catalyst for all herbs. No herbal combination is complete without it. Capsicum circulates blood to the extremities (hands, head, and feet), which makes wounds heal faster. It will stop internal and external bleeding, shock, heart attacks, strokes, ulcers, and a host of other maladies. Contrary to popular belief, Capsicum is not an irritant, but a soothing herb.

CHAMOMILE FLOWER
is a gentle herb that can relax muscles and have a calming influence on nervous irritability and anxiety. It can promote proper functioning of the stomach, improve digestion, dispels accumulated gas and irritable bowel syndrome. Chamomile has an anti-inflammatory action and can promote the healing of wounds. It can help promote perspiration and have a beneficial influence on fevers, colds, and flu. It can provide relief from headaches caused by nervousness, and insomnia. Chamomile provides a refreshing and relaxing sleep. It is useful for nervousness due to common everyday stress and fatigue. Chamomile has a gentle calming sedative effect on the central nervous system. It is often recommended by herbalists to ease the impact of stress.

DANDELION LEAF
helps the blood to deliver oxygen throughout the body thus relieving all types of pain. Dandelion has remarkable nutritional value, being very high in Vitamins A, B, and C, with more beta carotene than carrots and more potassium than broccoli or spinach. Not to mention, healthy doses of iron and copper for good measure. Dandelion is considered very safe and effective as a general tonic. It improves bile flow and reduces inflammation in cases of hepatitis and cirrhosis. It is an herb used for building the blood, which is the life of the flesh.

GUGGUL
comes from the resin of the Mukul myrrh tree, which is native to India, and is used in many traditional Indian medicines. Indians, have for centuries believed that the Guggul herb possesses many beneficial properties, and it is still used today to aid many ailments. Guggul aids with ailments such as arthritis. It has anti-inflammatory properties. This also means that Guggul can aid with digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Due to its antispasmodic properties, it can ease stomach cramps associated with both IBS and PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome). Guggul is also known to relieve excessive bloating and gas. Guggul has also been used by those suffering from a sport's injury, back pain, and even headaches since it has pain-relieving properties.

LEMONGRASS LEAF
can help aid the digestive tract, stop nausea, relieve menstrual problems, and during times of fever can cool the body’s high temperature. OAT STRAW
can help to stabilize blood sugar levels, lower
cholesterol, and restore blood vessel elasticity. It’s vascular and nerve benefits have led to Oat Straw's reputation as an aphrodisiac. When used in a bath, Oat Straw's calming, antispasmodic properties relieve uterine, bladder and digestive pain. Oat Straw is nutritious and helps to strengthen bones and create healthy skin and hair. It is a rich source of minerals, including calcium, iron, and potassium. It provides a wide array of amino acids, such as histidine, tryptophan, and lysine, as well as Vitamins C, A, E, and B-complex.

TURMERIC ROOT (Curcumin)
also known as “Curcuma longa”, has been regarded as a purifier by ayurvedic healers. It has been shown by scientific research to help treat sinus pain, headaches, and itchy eyes. It relieves stomach pain and provides antibacterial and antioxidant protection. Turmeric is used for nourishing body tissues. Studies conducted between 1971 and 1991 showed Turmeric’s anti-inflammatory action to be more powerful than hydrocortisone. The main phytochemical compound of Turmeric is “Curcumin”, which is a powerful antioxidant that is stronger than Vitamin E. Turmeric is very useful in treating internal and external injuries and it is also recommended for arthritis.

WHITE WILLOW BARK
is the outer shell of the Willow tree. It has been consumed medicinally by ancient Greek and Egyptian physicians for centuries. In 1829, scientists discovered its active ingredient salicin which has similar health effects as acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin). Studies suggest that analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity of White Willow Bark shows its effects slowly but the effects may last longer than aspirin without the negative side effects. The salicin in White Willow Bark is converted into salicylic acid after it is absorbed by the stomach, therefore, it may not cause stomach irritation like aspirin and can be a great option for treating minor to severe ailments. Other studies and researches identify that White Willow Bark has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and immune-boosting capability. Therefore, it has been used in the treatment of a number of minor to severe ailments such as headaches, toothaches, backaches, osteoarthritis, PMS, menstrual cramps, muscular pains and strains, cardiovascular disorders, cuts, wounds, burns, colds, flu, and inflammatory disorders, i.e. bursitis, arthritis, painful articular (joint) conditions, carpal tunnel syndrome, and tendinitis. YUCCA ROOT
is used in relieving pain from arthritis and the skeletal system. Yucca saponins are believed to promote the body’s production of natural cortisone. Yucca may help keep your cholesterol levels in a healthy range, protecting you from atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular disorders. In addition, the antioxidant activity of resveratrol in Yucca might protect you from free radicals that can damage blood vessels. Free radicals are byproducts of digestion and are also produced after exposure to environmental toxins such as cigarette smoke. I've been taking Ultra Relief for 6 years. It helps with my arthrtiis. If I run out of it, and not take it for a few days, I feel the arthritis.
It works for me.

Less Pain

I love the fact that Ultra Relief is a natural form of calcium. I can definitely tell the difference in my hip. I have more flexibility to bend , squat, and do yard work. I do still have some pain but it’s no where near like it was. The doctor says I need a hip replacement. I say no. Jesus, herbs , and follow the eight laws of health. The key is to be consistent.
