As a body moisturizer, put a generous amount in the palm of your hand, rub hands together briskly, and then smooth over your skin. Best if used on the body while the skin is still damp from the shower. For a bath, drop 1-2 tablespoons into the tub of warm water, light a candle, turn down the lights, relax and enjoy.
